We have a rare opportunity for a new grad to 3 year (J.D. 2019-2022) associate attorney with an interest in pursuing a career focused on litigation. Our client is an established Atlanta litigation boutique and the ideal candidate will support partners in all aspects of a litigation practice, with an emphasis on constitutional and government matters, casualty, premises liability, transportation litigation, products liability and employment matters, including workers compensation. The firm partners believe in associate training and mentoring, direct experience and career advancement for all, while maintaining a family-oriented culture and work-life balance (1800 hours is all that is expected). This is not a typical “high volume” firm - it is one that cares about its associates and develops young professionals for a long-term relationship - and succession planning. A hybrid work schedule will be available after the initial onboarding period.

The ideal candidate will be a member of the State Bar of Georgia, have a minimum of one year of law practice or clerkship experience, and a strong interest in career development and maximization of potential.
