Trust and Estates Counsel - ATL: The well-established Atlanta office of an international full-service, AmLaw 100 firm has an immediate need for a Georgia-licensed, counsel-level attorney with 6+ years experience in estate and trust planning and administration; estate, gift and income taxation; T&E litigation support; non-profit entity formation; and probate matters. Clients include major charitable institutions and trusts, closely held businesses, as well as individuals and families in the U.S. and Europe.

Portable business is a plus, but not required. Aggressive salary and benefits package.

To be considered candidates must have a minimum of 6 years T&E practice experience, preferably at a large firm, Georgia bar admission and solid references.
