Only 1800 billable hours requirement AND a minimum 2 days remote work option permanently.

To be considered, candidates must have 2-5 years experience in all aspects of a general commercial real estate practice, including acquisition, development, borrower-side finance, leasing and permitting. Large firm experience is preferred but not required. Solid academics, strong writing and negotiation skills, and attention to detail are a must.

$155K-$170K depending on experience, plus discretionary bonuses AND additional bonus at 1851 hours. Unparalleled benefits package!
