One of our favorite small firm clients in Atlanta has an immediate need for a 4-12 yr stellar commercial/technology contracting attorney, with an emphasis on the technology and telecomm sectors.

The firm is top-rated and the attorneys are widely recognized in their fields. They have a wonderful work-life balance, with a permanent partial-remote schedule and low hours requirements and excellent bonus potential (at 1200 hours, 10% for originations). This position will support a busy practice and will offer direct contact with blue-chip clients.

To be considered, candidates MUST have strong contract writing experience with a preference for tech, telecomm or healthcare contracting. Data privacy experience also is strongly preferred. Regulatory experience is a plus. Preference is for Atlanta-area candidates but a fully-remote arrangement will be considered for the right candidate.

Salary commensurate with experience.
