We have a super in-house opportunity at a Fortune 500 corporation for a skilled (non-attorney) contract manager with 8 - 10 years commercial sales contracting experience. This is a perfect role for a detail and team-oriented person who enjoys a fast pace environment and increasing challenges.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing sales and procurement contracts, with a specific concentration on services contracts (both for the company as the services provider and as the purchaser of services from third parties) and complex customer contracts. The Contract Manager will develop negotiation strategies, conduct negotiations with customers or vendors, evaluate risk exposure, and make recommendations to business clients within the company, including senior management.

The Contract Manager also works with internal organizations such as Pricing, Global Sales, and the CFO and Controller’s Offices to limit market erosion and ensure compliance with internal policies.

To be considered, candidates should have an in-depth knowledge of the lifecycle of services contracts including outsourcing, SaaS and managed services, ideally in the technology sector.
